BIOGRAPHY - TAYLOR SWIFT

Taylor Swift was born on the 13rd of December of 1989 in Pennsylvania, USA. Now, she is 27 years old. She is a country and pop singer and she plays the guitar, the piano, the banjo and the ukulele. When she was 14, she and her family, moved to Nashville in order to start a musical career.

In 2006, she released her first album that was called like her, Taylor Swift. Later, in 2008, she received a nomination for the best artist in The Grammys Awards. In the same year she released her second album called Fearless, that won four Grammys awards and was the best sold on 2009 in the USA. The third album was released in 2010, Speak now and a song of this album, Mean, also won two Grammys. That year, she also started a tour, The Speak Now World Tour, which had more than 1,6 million spectators. Her fourth album was Red, done on 2012. This one sold more than 1,2 million of discs and the song, We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together was the number one on the Billboar Hot 100 list. The fifth album, 1989, was released on 2014 and also a lot of copies were sold. That made that she was the first artist having three albums with more than 1 million of sales. This was the first pop album that she did. The previous ones were sang in country. In this album, the most popular song was Shake it off, and together with Blank Space was another time the number one on the Billboar Hot 100 list. This summer, she presented the new song Look What You Made Me Do that it’s part of her last album, Reputation, that will be released on November.

Currently she is also known as an actress.
